My name is Sister Rita.  I represent M.E.R.C.Y., the Malton Education and Recreation Center for Youth, a small and relatively new pro-survivor organization in the Vinetown area.  I believe I've had the pleasure of being able to provide revivification service for a few of your members at Bhore.  I've seen the hard work the Disgruntled Heroes have put in trying to retake Mitchem Mall and its surrounding locations over the past few weeks.  You've paid for every inch gained with your blood, and your dedication to your community and fellow survivors is to be commended.  Please know that you've not been alone in your efforts...despite our small size, M.E.R.C.Y. has been doing what it can to help.

I contact you here in an effort to create and hopefully nurture a positive, friendly relationship between our two organizations.  Vinetown has several small, dedicated groups...working more closely we could accomplish great things.  Together we can help restore our community to what it once was.
